[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #11520: DS Tag for Hiding Field Preview Data

Problem:
There's no way to disable the data-preview for single fields in the 
page-module.

Solution:
The attached patch add's a new configuration option 
"<tx_templavoila><preview>disable</preview><..." to the DS XML. It also 
provides the neccesary changes for the mapping-module to have this 
setting available even without manually editing the XML.

Additional information:
That issue was reopened because our old patch resolved it on a per DS/TO 
basis, which wasn't the intention of Ron's request. I'd propose to leave 
both options available.
