[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #13607: SelIcons for DS/TO are all rendered in one row

As the preview icons are larger than system icons (16x16) the screen can 
explode if you have a lot of preview icons and a lot of objects.

There is a config for this, but most users don't know this. by giving it 
a default of "10 pics a row" the user can change it easy to his needs.

See the pic what can happen without this defaults.
