[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #13587: Selecting of template object in content element

Problem:
The DS/TO selectbox doesn't group DSes and TOs properly.

Solution:
The problem was introduced with on of the latest patches - unfortunately 
array_merge drop the array keys which are needed in the further code ... 
without uids the relation between DS and TO can't be determinded properly.
