Problem:
The selectbox for selecting DS/TO can't handle mixed situations where 
staitc DSes and db-based DSes live side-by-side in a system.

Solution:
The attached patch fixes several places in the relevant functions (used 
from tceforms). The main issue was that in certain situations either the 
DS path or the DS uid has to be used.

Tested with enabled and disabled "enable.selectDataSource" setting.
