[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #13526: bugfix: selectbox for updating existing Data Structure / Template Object does wrong grouping if more sysfolders with the same name

Problem:
The selectbox for selecting an existing Data Structure / Template Object 
for update shows some TOs belonging to the wrong sysfolder(pid), if 
there are more than one sysfolder with the same title.

Solution:
Instead of string comparision the pids should be checked.

@Steffen - feel free to commit that thing - just wanted to bring it up...
