[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #13527: Typoscript default should be better with Templavoila

Problem:
The "HELLO WORLD" TypoScript default doesn't really serve a purpose and 
with TemplaVoilà in place it doesn't even point in the right direction.

Solution:
Change the default and insert something which works with TemplaVoilà out 
of the box.

Additional information:
I'm not sure if we should keep some "HELLO WORLD" in there - but having 
a TemplaVoilà specific version will imho help some users.
