Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

When Static Data Structures are enabled, the New Content Element Wizard 
shows Page Templates alongside FCEs. This is due to the filtering in 
mod1/db_new_content_el.php that adds items to the wizard.

The patch now adds all staticDS where scope=2
