[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #14213: "To Top" checkbox is missing in FlexContent

Problem:
Like other CEs the FCEs should have include the "to top" option.

Solution:
Added it to the show-items part for tt_content / FCEs


Additional information:
This was originally Patrick Gaumond's request - my patch differs a 
little bit from his proposal - the "to top" checkbox is now below the 
templavoila-fields at the bottom of the tceform.

I'm not sure whether this "feature" was excluded for purpose or not - it 
actually seems to work therefore I'm fine with having it, but if someone 
has good reasons why we should leave it out please add a comment.
