[TYPO3-team-templavoila] FYI: #10370: Reverted :Implement new content element wizard

Hi,

the changes which were made for the issue #10370 were removed from trunk 
(rev 32126).

The (unfinished) new content wizard is no longer relevant therefore this 
was removed. We'll keep it in the templavoila_1-4 branch since this was 
already shipped with 1.4.0 - 1.4.2 and it doesn't really hurt to keep it 
there - but for future versions it's not needed.
