[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #13873: TemplaVoila should use a docHeader as well (mod1)

Hi,

the attached patch v4 was committed to trunk (rev. 32107).

Compared to v3 it carries two minor changes:

1) Add new content removed from docHeader since it's just redundant and 
provides less usability

2) After creating a page the pagetree is reloaded once you return to the 
page-module.

What I didn't include:

1) Move the list-icon to the left - needs further discussion - currently 
it's consistent with the official page module

2) The clear cache button is not included as discussed earlier - will be 
handled in a separate issue
