[TYPO3-team-templavoila] FYI48: #14036: compat_version comparision is used wrong

Problem:
There are certain places where we use a comparision based on the 
compat_version instead of the real TYPO3 version. Since most of them are 
(TYPO3) API related it's not correct to use compat_version.

Solution:
Attached patch fixes the relevant places - only one "compat_version" 
check is left over in templavoila/ext_localconf.php (check whether media 
ce should be used or not).

Additional information:
Attached patch was created against templavoila_1-4 branch because it 
contains more "patchable lines", since some places still check whether 
current TYPO3 has version 4.1 which is left out in trunk.

Going to commit in 48Hrs if nobody objects.
