[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC #8353 - Bugfix - Element is referenced instead of moved

Problem:
Cut and pasting (moving) elements between different pages fails, if the 
source element is nested in a "Container for Elements" FCE.

Solution:
The attached patch removes the restriction which avoids that moving is 
also performs if the element is nested within another FCE.

Notes:
Patch worked fine for me and did not show any side-effects within 
regular "move" actions.
