Hi,

the following patch was committed to trunk, rev 27111

Problem:
Setting "mod.web_txtemplavoilaM1.enableDeleteIconForLocalElements" was 
written to userTSConfig which makes it impossible to overwrite with pageTS.
Solution:
write it to pageTS
