[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #12802: Bugfix: Unlink element does not refresh pages / sidebar

Problem:
When an element was unlinked it disappears from the page but doesn't 
show up within the "Unused elements" list.

Solution:
The attached patch updates the sidebar with the content it retrievedfrom 
the ajaxUnlinkRecord call.

Additional information:
Unfortunately the entire sidebar has to be updated because the 
tab-headers also need to be rendered and other hooked in elements also 
might need an update.

The method call for sidebar-rendering was moved into it's own method 
together with the related hook.

The patch has been tested in Firefox 3.5, Chrome and IE8. On top of 
TYPO3 4.3 and TYPO3 4.2.
