i just reviewed it again. I used them a long time now in the ng-branch 
and they are much more clear than the old ones.

The patch also use the skinning API so any skin can replace those icons 
by own. The new photoshop template is included too.

I commit it now as there is no danger in it, even as it's 5 minutes to 
12 (or 18:00)
