I changed one tiny thing, but important for configuration later. The 
FCEs had a counter before: fce_1,fce_2 etc. This makes it difficult to 
exclude one or reorder.
Now they have the key fce_[uid]

So it's possible to exclude one specific fce on a page by this pageTS:

templavoila.wizards.newContentElement.wizardItems.fce.:= 
removeFromList(fce_13)

I'm sry not to update the manual for today as i feel to weak, for the
