This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
as the description says, there are rests of configuration after 
switching eTypes that are not cleared.


Solution:
unset $elArray[$key]['tx_templavoila']['eType_EXTRA']['objPath'] when 
eType is different to TypoScriptObject

As this is a nobrainer i will commit tomorrow if noone objects.
