Hi

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
This also happen when beLayout is assigned to the DS.
With a simple FCE (2-columns container for elements) the
FCE isn't rendered as container, no titlebar, no add-icons etc.

Solution:
get the element based TO record instead of the root elemnt one.
