The following patch (no-brainer) was committed to SVN

Problem:
If you want to localize the backend and provide a path to the 
locallang.xml in the DS of your FCE, i.e.:
<label>LLL:EXT:user_someext/locallang.xml:thisorthat.label.title</label>
the label will be translated correctly on the edit-page of the fce, but 
on the preview page it will show the string of the path 
('LLL:EXT:user_someext/locallang.xml:thisorthat.label.title') instead of 
the translation.

Solution:
If it's a reference get label from LANG->sL
