[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #13077: Enable Header for FCE's (optional)

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
For FCEs headers are suppressed:
tt_content.templavoila_pi1.10 >

For many users it's hard to find out how to render the header field with 
FCEs. You have to put this in your TS again:
tt_content.templavoila_pi1.10 =< lib.stdheader

Solution:
Add a checkbox in template conf for enable the header again. If checked, 
the header won't be deleted.
