There is a bug for 4.2 with sortableItems, the 
sortable_updateItemButtons code is error-prone

This patch adds classes to the links and use a safe switch-case in 
sortable_updateItemButtons.

Also patch fix drag&drop for T3 versions < 4.3

There is a debug flag with
mod.web_txtemplavoilaM1.debug = 1
then the dragdrop JSfile is loaded not minified.
