[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #13051: browse for records

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
If you want use content from other pages you have to search for the 
content first, click on "create reference", return to your page, ...

These are too many steps. Instead there could be a small browse records 
icon beside the button "create new" where you can browse for content to 
be inserted as reference.

Solution:
add the icon with insert ref functionality.
The icon is already well known. See screenshot attached.
