Hi,

an additional remark. As you see in the array, image and imagefixed are 
defined as IMAGE and use MAXW and MAXH.

As image could be used in attr it will be replaced with IMG_RESOURCE. 
Also MAXW and MAXH are placeholders which will be replaced by a)real 
imagesizes if available or n) by the default sizes. These are defined eg in
[templavoila.eTypes.]eType.image.maxWdefault
[templavoila.eTypes.]eType.image.maxHdefault
