[TYPO3-team-templavoila] Disallowing editing of references

Hi guys,

first of all congratulations on a great 1.4 release.

We did some modifications to TV to disallow editing of references other 
places than where they actually reside, on request from a client.

We did this by using and adding hooks, but I think that i actually makes 
more sense to include this as a configuration.

Before I prepare the patch, and I would like to hear your opinion about 
this feature. If you don't want to include it anyway, I'll just submit 
patches requesting the hooks.
