Problem:
The "section" flag is lost when an existing DS is modified in cm1. The 
result is a "container"-element instead of a "section" - this will 
destroy the full functionality of FCEs which make use of the 
section-feature.

Solution:
The attached patch fixes the part where the flag is removed by adding 
another condition for keeping it.

Additional informations:
This block of code was introduced with rev. 17228 (#9529: Enhanced 
"Show-Details" + new DS-Editor) some time ago.
