[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #12933: Show create new field also if edit a field in mapping module

Now if you want to create a new field, you always have to click on 
Cancel / Close to get the add field input.

This patch shows the add field input all the time. Additional the 
buttons for edit field are displayed below the form instead on the right 
side.
