[TYPO3-t3skin] mobile skin for the backend

Hi mario,

i was working on that for a customer of mine, but i'm not ready yet.
There some heavy problems due to the flexibility of tceforms ;)

I will checkout how stable my current solution is and perhaps i will put
it into TER ;)
