Thank you for your offer.

It's usually the release manager who selects the photo for a certain  
version
and we do have a few criteria regarding them. Best is if you read this  
short
page to get yourself a picture:

If you think your photos match these guidelines, then write directly to
Oliver Hader (oh at inpublica . de), the release manager for TYPO3 4.3,
and see what he thinks about it.
