I'll just keep it short, because I don't like this discussion very much.

Well it wasn't meant unfriendly, and it wasn't any flame. You know what
it was..
I don't want to make this whole thing public so I better stop writing
about it here. You should too. Thanks.

 > I think it's my free right so decide with who I like to work with.
Absolutly. I just didn't look at this point from a personal view but
from a view upon a project called "TYPO3". I don't have to know you
personally, we don't have to be friends. For me it's about getting the
project further and act within the boundaries of TYPO3.

 > I have the feeling that you don't reflect your self and what you keep on

Interesting.

 >You are talking about your Clients,
right. There are many but I won't enumerate them.

 > a Team witch is working for you
No, they are not working for me, they are working with me.

 > , you answering questing witch you are not responsible too
 > (use his work, ad are allowed ...)
As I already pointed out, I tried to act within the boundaries of TYPO3.
I thought that something created from you _for TYPO3_ uploaded to a list
on _a public TYPO3 server_ with the _intend to be used in TYPO3_ would
be something where other _people who do something for the TYPO3 project
can use_. If this wasn't the case: sorry.

 > and you think you could flam other work.
Feel free to show me any point, where I have _flamed_ the work of
others. I don't think that you will find any single point to prove your
statement.

 >You are writing like you have studied informatics,
no, I have not and people know that

 > graphical and industrial design and marketing,
no I have not and people know that too

 > but you just finished you school and so you only could
 > think that you know what you are doing.
Right. I only have read several books about the topics but I don't have
any knowledge from any university or any seminar. But I never told
anyone that I would have this knowledge. e.g. Feel free to ask the
people in the official TYPO3 chat. Everyone there can tell you about my
current "status" as a "I have finished school" person. They all know that.

 > Take a realistic view to your self, please. For eg.: what about the
TYPO3-Banners you are
 > supposed to produce ...
Rasmus, Daniel, Sebastian (just to name some) and other members of the
TYPO3 Association have those banners for a long long time. They just
can't find time to reread the texts supposed to be shown on these
banners. There's a whole banner section waiting to be changed from
unvisible to visible. You will find more wallpapers, CD boxes and many
many other things.
I have done those banners in several sizes, only the Association don't
know what marketing texts should be applied. You may ask Rasmus who
worked with me to make sure that the styleguide is fully applied to
those banners or you may want to ask Sebastian... There won't be any
difference in their words..

 > take professional look at the page which you made for your self,
I didn't update it for a long time. But why should I.. There's no need
for it.

 > and your school
 > (As designer look at the pictures
I'm not responsible for the pictures used. I can only use pictures I got
and pictures I'm allowed to use.
 >, layout and fonts,
There's nothing to worry about. Our page was rated as the 9th best page
of Germany's school pages. The layout is ok, and the fonts are fonts
that you can find on any PC. They are used by big organisations and
companies too. What is your problem with Verdana ;) I mean.. I don't get
your point.
 > as coder look the
 > cross browser stability,
XHTML valid, expect the openads.org server, where I send some paches and
bug reports to. Our CSS files are valid too, so there's nothing to worry
about.

 > and under turms of HCI at the Menu Navigation.)
It's a navigation that was wanted by our headmasters. I proposed
something else, but they sticked to it. So I'm not responsible either.

 >If I do this, I don't think you shout write like you do.
How do I write?

 >All this give me the feeling, that I don't like to work with you. Sorry.
OK. I have no problems witht that.

Forgive me if I don't greet.

Andreas
