I really like the blue colors but love the design on the green site 
(icons, menu and so on) :)

The green one have really great potiental to become a fully ajax site 
with some script.aculu.us stuff around.
Fx mini- / maximizing the Workspace Info, Access Rights and so on.

A bit work on the bottom with Pagetitle and rating - I dont like the 
style around it. I actully dont have any ideas to make it better.

But nice designs btw :)
