[TYPO3-hci] Field order in page properties

Hey Steffen,

one wish though in terms of usability here is that I'd love to have only 
*one* field for the shortcut.

Basically, I'd like to have a dropdown:

""
"individual page in the page tree"
"first available subpage"
"random available subpage"

if you select the individual type, a new field shows up (at best via 
AJAX) with a select to choose a page from the page tree.

And yes: The target field is something nobody gets!
