[TYPO3-hci] master plan for backend redesign? - CURRENT HCI STATUS

Wasn't the idea that to have a group for this task that is independent
from both teams (v4 and v5)? I recall that Dmitry and Jens had lots of
ideas for new BE concept. The v5 team is still far away (my impression)
from worrying about the UI, so a HCI group can happily put ideas together.

What will happen if I don't load either of them? Or is the plan (ugly
IMHO as it is no real enhancement to the "skinning API") to move t3skin
into the Core.
