[TYPO3-hci] RFC: "Floppy" Icons

TYPO3 is based on Databases. So, the proposition to use generic
storage icon is quite correct.
We could use icon of "cylinder" ( probably, with additional action
signification: red round on it - to show Record action)

Cylinder as data storage symbol - corresponds to many standards, for
example SDL (ITU-T Recommendation Z.100).
