[TYPO3-hci] Better differentiated icons for read-only filemounts and folders in t3skin

I strongly disagree with the lock, because it means interdiction and the
read only filemounts are not interdicted for reading. The readonly
filemounts show up where editors want to link to a file, and a lock will
communicate: You are not allowed to link to that file.
In this case the eye would be better.

I vote for a difference in color (less saturation, more luminosity
whatever) because the same principle should be applied to read-only db
mounts which show up in the same context: I want to link to something.

There we have enough symbol overlays already, and 16x16px is a VERY
limited space to show them all.

My five cents, Uschi
