[TYPO3-hci] 4.2: Missing padding in select lists without icons

Dear folks,

while reorganising the select list for menu types for CE Sitemap I came 
accross a minor css issue. If a selectlist does not have icons there is 
no padding at all for the option element. A padding of 2px in 
typo3/stylesheet.css line 968 solves that problem.

Attached you find the two screenshots with and without padding and a one 
line patch.

It would be nice if this one could go into 4.2.1
