tm_tvpagemodule has quick fix for layout problems related with Typo3 4.2
Using skin_grey_2 it has fake docheader part - it looks in first sight 
like header section but is just has some wrap to position necessary part 
to the top of the page.
Difference with real docheader is that docheader scrolls among the page, 
but real docheader does not do so.

BTW. skin_grey_2 support both the original skin_grey style and 
modern_skin style of Lasse.
