[TYPO3-hci] Path in Web>page cropped but no tooltip

Also the new cropping thingy in the TS object browser makes only sense 
if I have the full text available as tooltip. Ok there maybe it makes 
sense to have some kind of sanity check (to avoid a 2000 characters 
tooltip, but the the tooltip could start where the cropping left. Like 
that  "cropped li...", "...nk continues in tooltip".
