first thx for that skin, it looks great. I saw the preview and reported you 
some.
Here are some annotations to current version:

* imho 2nd row docheader is to large
* csh header doesn't fit in color scheme
* filter in pagetree doesn't looks nice (different background, alignment)
* if page module has list wrong colors (same as in core ...)
* left menu text has too less contrast
* toolbar logout button is too large
