[TYPO3-hci] Hiding main T3 navigation via collapse bar

That is in practise 'Icons on topframe' put to left - can be done with 
CSS (xxx table, xxx tr, xxx td { display:inline }) and XCLASS for 
alt_main.php - I have XCLASSed alt_main.php and that could be relative 
easy to put into tm_shared_lib.

BTW. I have problems with tm_topapps - it doesn't work with Typo3 4.2
