[TYPO3-hci] Missing save icon at bottom of forms

Hi everybody!

I really miss the save icons at the bottom of forms. If I edit something
at the end of a form I have to move my mouse all the way up to the
toolbar with the save icons. This is really annoying.

Any objections against adding it again to TYPO3 4.2?
