[TYPO3-hci] Help text behind frame

Hey Georg,

this bug was already noted in the BT: http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=7658

I think we need to move the help icon to the left side of the pagetree. 
Steffen, haven't you already created a patch that does this?
