[TYPO3-hci] changing icon for 'secondary options palettes'

Hi list,
because the handling of the secondary options palettes changed in 4.2, I 
think the icons also have to be changed to reflect the new functionality 
and be more descriptive. My customers never understood this icon anyway.

So, because the secondary options fields now get expanded, I think the 
icon should reflect this possibility with a arrow symbol that is 
changing. In order to get a consistent backend look and feel, I think 
the icons and positioning from IRRE can be used. There is this feature 
also available to expand and collapse inline records.
