If we require MSIE 7.0 for BE (which should be fine for 4.3), we can use 24-bit PNGs with transparency.

I think we need a list of official CSS classes with explanation how to use them + list of icons + many stock icons in the core.

We can say that at the momement there are no BE templates at all. Most HTML is hard-coded.
