[TYPO3-hci] Doktypes: Advanced and a new one

but as tapio mentioned, that is not enough. Example:
You create a 'container Page' with the new doktype and select a page for 
the field 'show content from this page instead'. After some time you 
change the doktype to 'regular page' but forget to delete the relation 
in 'show content from this page instead'. Then you can add content to 
your page, but still the content of the other page is shown and the icon 
in the pagetree doesn't visualize that.

So it's only a half improvement as long a those fields are processed 
independet from the doktype or the pagetreeIcon isn't related to those 
fields. Decide yourself what's the better way. Same with shortcuts as 
far as I know.
