It definitely should go into the core.

What about CTRL-SHIFT-S = "Save" TS via Ajax and "Clear the FE Cache" at 
the same time. If you have CTRL-S implemented I think it shouldnt be too 
hard to implement CTRL-SHIFT-S : )
