[TYPO3-hci] typoscript issues

To get back to the more usabiliy-like aspects of that editor:

If the user edits a file and saves it a pagereload appears which takes 
the scrollbar to the upper state again. One has to scroll down manually 
again.

Perhaps this can be "fixed" in some way - that would improve speed and 
with it usability :)
