I just thought about it some time and now I have more detailed mind:

- The Ideas taken form OpenXchange are quite cool just like OX.
- The Ideas form MS Office aren't a good solution .. waste of space.
OpenXchanges way is a lot more fitting a CMS Concept.
- Tabs at the Bottom are good.
- Too much Menus!!
   1. Top Tabs
   2. SubMenu Tabs
   3. SubMenu Groups
   4. Content Menu
   5. Content Menu SubMenu
   6. Footer Tabs
- Bad Wording lot of the BTN
- Inconsequent Stuff placement (Search, Menu, Help)
- Style is not like TYPO3 taste ... so do i guess.
Too much ... Photoshop effects ...

On the end ... I'm not sure if it is a improvement.
