[TYPO3-hci] [TYPO3-t3skin] Two proposals for a new skin.

Hello to everyone again :)
Fabian would like to publish another screenshot of another skin. This 
time we used the tango icon set to fill it a little bit more. We used 
lighter colors combined with more TYPO3 orange to make it look more 
aggressive and less cold.

Please notice that it's just a simple design idea and has nothing to do 
with an actual module of TYPO3. (maybe the page module could be made out 
of this screenshot with some changes..)

We would like to get your comments and ideas if you have :)
