[TYPO3-hci] Extension Manager - Usability

There should also be a easy-to-use function for checking all installed / 
active extensions for updating.

Like: Press a button and get a list where all active extensions (with 
version information) are shown and next to them whether there is a newer 
version (and a button to update this). But there should be a warning if 
the active extensions was edited in any way.
