[TYPO3-hci] Backend in "Mambo"-Mode

Hey... I didn't call Mambo in! ;-)

Just wanna tell you that it isn't for novice users who are not used to work
with computers.
I have customers who needs a website and need to manage their content by
them self, but they do not have knowledge about computers, believe me, it's
quit hard to teach them T3.

But you can simplyfy the backend using restricted accounts!?!?!
Remove all un-needed buttons. It is really easy to teacha monkey a trick 
aswell. I think that typo3 is VERY usable compared to mambo, on which I 
couldn't even find a pagetree...
